Ordering
To insure prompt and proper shipment please order by catalog number and description. Bel-Aqua Pool Supply Inc. reserves the right to consider each order or addition, as separate and subject to the terms and conditions as herein outlined.
Special Orders
Special Orders require a written purchase order mailed, faxed or emailed to Bel-Aqua Pool Supply Inc. Written orders must specify manufacturer, item number and or exact measurements where necessary. Special shipping and or delivery requests must also be in writing. No order for custom materials will be processed unless written with exact information. A non-refundable deposit of 50% required with order. Special ordered items are non-returnable.
Terms
Terms are net 30 days to qualified accounts, unless quoted otherwise. A 1-1/2% per month service charge will be strictly adhered to on all invoice amounts 30 days or more past due of invoice terms.
Credit Card Payments
Credit cards will be accepted within 15 days of invoice date. A 3% late charge will be added to all Visa, Master Card and Discover transactions and a 4% to all American Express transactions paid after that period.
Taxes
Any Federal or State Excise or Sales Tax for which we may be liable on any sale will be charged to and paid by the buyer. Resale Certificates must be furnished by the buyer, prior to sale..
Freight
All shipments are F. O. B. New Rochelle, NY or Elizabethtown, PA, unless otherwise specified. All Domestic shipments outside our delivery area and within a 500 mile radius of our branch locations over $3,500 at current dealer prices, will be sent by common carrier on a freight allowed basis.. Freight will be allowed only when invoices are paid within terms. *Freight exceptions are listed below. Prices include standard domestic packing only. Crating and export packing extra.
*Freight Exceptions
PVC Pipe, Poles, Stone Coping, Spas, Sand & Gravel, 50 & 100 lbs. Bagged Chemicals, Pool Base, D.E., Inground & Aboveground Pool Kits, Pool Steps and any item over 96" in length. Additional items may be added to freight exceptions. Request a quote.
Delivery Exceptions
The following items will not be included to meet minimum delivery within our delivery area: PVC Pipe, Stone Coping, Spas, Sand & Gravel, Pool Base, Inground and Aboveground Pools, Pool Steps, Bulk Bagged Chemicals, Any Jobsite Deliveries
Claims
All claims must be made within ten days after receipt of merchandise. If any shipment is received in a damaged condition your claim must be filed with the delivering carrier and damages must be noted on the freight bill before you accept the merchandise. Bel-Aqua is not responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in transit.
Returns
All returns are subject to our written approval, and must be accompanied by a “RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION” (RMA) form obtained from Bel-Aqua Pool Supply Inc., prior to shipment. Date of original purchase and invoice number must be included in the request for an RMA. Material returned for credit, if in original condition and resellable, is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returned materials must be sent freight prepaid within 30 days of purchase. Special order items are not returnable.
Warranty
All products Bel Aqua Pool Supply, Inc. sells carry the manufacturers’ warranties and are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. There are no other warranties or representations of any kind expressed or implied by Bel-Aqua Pool Supply, Inc. The customer will be responsible for transportation, labor costs, and any other incidental expenses in connection with warranty repair or replacement.
Bel-Aqua Pool Supply, Inc. is not responsible for damages caused by any products.
Return Check
A $25.00 service charge will be applied for each check returned.
